Brooks Avenue,
Rochester, New York
Brooks Ave was a stop on the Buffalo,
Rochester and Pittsburgh Railway 3.5 miles south of
Rochester. In addition
to the station, there was a yard at Brooks Avenue.
The yard is still used by the Rochester and Southern Railroad and the open
fields shown in the 1916 photo below are now part of the Greater Rochester International
Airport.
