Wayland, New York is a town in the northwest corner of Steuben County that was served by the Corning Branch of the Erie Railroad and the Pittsburg, Shawmut and Northern Railroad. The Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad had a station on their line that ran to the south of the village. The 1904 map below shows the railroads in the area.

The Erie Railroad station was between Water and Filmore Streets in Wayland, as shown in the 1903 map below.



The Delaware, Lackawanna and Western station was on Lackawanna Street south of the village, as shown in the 1903 map below.



I do not know much about the PSN in Wayland. Wayland was the northern terminal for the railroad, but I don't know what facilities it had in the town. It may have shared the Erie station and the turntable shown in the map above may have been part of the PSN.
